APRIL 7 VIRTUAL SIT-IN
OVERVIEW
This April 7th, GAGE is hosting a virtual sit-in on Twitter (and various social media platforms) to put pressure on the university to finalize the contract that began negotiations over a year ago! It’s time to get this done now!
HOW TO PARTICIPATE on twitter
TAKE A PHOTO
Wear your GAGE Shirt to show support (if you have one), but most importantly, share your message!
On a sheet of paper, answer the prompt “What a contact means to me…” (if you’re a member) or “Why I stand with GAGE…” (if you’re an ally or supporter).
Take a picture in your shirt with your homemade sign!
TWEET YOUR MESSAGE
Most importantly, tweet your image! Tag @WeAreGAGE so we see you! Use the hashtags #WeAreGAGE, #FairContractNOW, #THRIVE, #ContractPersonalis and tag (in the photo to save characters, or in the tweet if no photo) @Georgetown, @GUPresident, @RobertMGroves, and/or @MaterialHoya if you feel inclined!
